What People Are Saying:

Mark shares a great deal about his personal journey and how it informs his views about how men see themselves and their relationships with family, friends, business colleagues and life partners. His writing is honest, approachable, highly conversational and easy to read. His suggestions about how to explore the Life Virtues (12 with a "bonus" 6 more) are helpful and worthy. Mark leans heavily into vulnerability. He suggests it to his readers while "walking the walk" in this very candid part-memoir/part-reflection/part-advice book. Well worth the price and the time.

This was a really good read. The book lacks the BS and fluff that most authors add to "fill" their book. The author is thoughtful and specific in his use of words. I was able to connect and resonate with many of his life examples. I recommend it for anyone who wants to take a little deeper look into themselves. There are self reflection questions at the end of many chapters and those are great for getting the brain thinking about who we are and why we do what we do. I bought a few extra copies for friends.

Mark's vulnerability and personal stories draw in the reader. I could read a book just on Mark's personal stories alone! The Evolving Man is interactive and easy to read. I believe this is for anyone (not just men) who are open to improving the quality of their life. Mark's candor is endearing and the impact this book has had on my life will be lasting.
